● Please be at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the tour begins
● We strongly recommend booking your tour as far in advance as possible, as entrance tickets must be purchased online and are subject to limited availability. It is very important to note that tour booking confirmation does not automatically guarantee an entrance ticket in your name, as availability depends directly on the official sales system and the spaces available at the time of purchase. If online availability no longer exists when managing your entry, tickets must be purchased in person at the sales office in Aguas Calientes the day before the visit. These tickets are limited and entry times are assigned randomly. There is a risk that tickets may sell out before your arrival; in such a situation, it will be necessary to consider an additional night in Aguas Calientes (not included) to try to get a ticket early the next day. We are not responsible for the lack of availability when the reservation is made with short notice. We recommend planning your visit with sufficient anticipation to reduce risks and ensure an organized and smooth experience

● The day before the excursion, we will meet for a briefing at our office to provide you with all the necessary information about organization and safety
● Please note that a guide is included only for Circuit No. 2 in Machu Picchu. If Circuit No. 2 is not available on the desired dates, you have the option to hire a private guide directly at Machu Picchu at your own expense
● Remember to bring your original passport, hat, swimsuit and towel, trekking shoes, shorts, sunglasses, water bottle, sunscreen, insect repellent, snacks, and cash in soles
