● All visitors are responsible for arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Passengers arriving after departure will not be able to join the tour, and missed tours or tickets are non-refundable
● Coordinators will wear blue polo shirts or jackets so they can be easily recognized
● This tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs; comfortable footwear is recommended
● The service ends at St. Peter’s Basilica
● St. Peter’s Basilica is subject to last-minute closures due to religious ceremonies. When this occurs, customers will be offered an extended tour of the Vatican Museums. Although we will do our best to inform groups in advance of any scheduled disruptions to the Basilica’s opening hours, this will not always be possible and, in such cases, no refunds or discounts will be provided
● Please note that access to St. Peter’s Basilica cannot be guaranteed if the names of all participants are not provided in advance. This requirement is essential for security and organizational purposes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit
● Due to the security regulations of St. Peter’s Basilica, it is mandatory to present a valid passport or ID document to participate in this tour. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they carry a valid document during the visit. Passengers who fail to present valid identification when requested will be denied access
● On Wednesday mornings, St. Peter’s Basilica may be closed to the public due to the Papal Audience held in St. Peter’s Square. Guests wishing to visit St. Peter’s Basilica are advised to travel on another day. The Basilica is also subject to last-minute closures due to religious ceremonies. When this occurs, customers will be offered an extended tour of the Vatican Museums. Although we will do our best to inform groups in advance of any planned disruptions to the Basilica’s opening hours, this will not always be possible and, in such cases, no refunds or discounts will be provided
● Vatican tickets are nominative and non-transferable. The first and last name must exactly match the document presented on the day of the visit (ID card or passport). In case of discrepancy, access may be denied by the monument and the booking cancelled without refund
● All passengers must present valid documentation on the day of the tour
● It is mandatory to correctly complete the details of all passengers: full first name(s) and surname(s), date of birth, and nationality. The details entered in the booking cannot be edited; name or data changes are not allowed once the booking is closed. A cancellation and new booking will be required, subject to availability
● The date of birth is necessary to correctly identify adult, child, and infant categories. Nationality is especially required for special fares for European Union citizens aged between 18 and 25, when applicable
● All passengers, including children and infants (even if traveling free of charge), must be included in the booking and present valid documentation on the day of the visit. Children must always be accompanied by at least one adult
● Access to the Vatican Museums for reserved groups is through a dedicated line. However, waiting times may vary depending on the season and security checks with metal detectors
● The itinerary inside the Vatican Museums may be modified according to internal museum regulations. Likewise, St. Peter’s Basilica may partially or completely close without prior notice due to ceremonies, extraordinary religious events, or Vatican decisions
● For security reasons, it is forbidden to enter with weapons, knives, scissors, blunt objects, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles or cans, laser pointers, large umbrellas, drones, and selfie sticks. Large backpacks or bags exceeding 40 × 35 × 15 cm are also not permitted
● As this is a place of worship, appropriate clothing is mandatory: shoulders and knees must remain covered during the visit
● Flash photography is permitted throughout the tour, except inside the Sistine Chapel, where talking and photography are prohibited. In case of bad weather, the breakfast portion will take place indoors rather than in the Vatican Courtyard
● We will do our best to respect schedules and itineraries; however, due to circumstances beyond our control, schedules and visited locations may occasionally be subject to last-minute changes
● Tips for guides providing excellent service are always appreciated
● Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users or guests requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers on our group tours
