● Provide your complete pickup details at the end of the booking process. The local provider will contact you before the activity starts to confirm the exact pickup time and location. If you have not received this confirmation 24 hours in advance, it is the passenger's obligation and responsibility to contact the local provider at the phone number indicated on the voucher
● Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays on the pickup route. If you are not punctual, you could lose the service without the right to a refund
● Please note that if operations require the use of a large capacity bus (46 passengers), the departure could be from a different meeting point than the hotel due to access restrictions in the city center. In this case, the local operator will contact the passenger well in advance to indicate the proposed alternative meeting point
● The duration and schedules of the tour are approximate and depend on the distance from the pickup point, the order on the route, and traffic conditions
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. The use of comfortable clothing and shoes is recommended
● It is recommended to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle to avoid altitude sickness
● The itinerary may undergo alterations due to weather conditions, traffic, city events, road closures, or large crowds
● The service ends with the return to the initial pickup point
