If you have not received this confirmation 24 hours in advance, it is the passenger's obligation and responsibility to contact the local provider at the phone number indicated on the voucher
● Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays on the pickup route. If you are not punctual, you could lose the service without the right to a refund
● Please note that if operations require the use of a large capacity bus (46 passengers), the departure will be from 06:00 am from the local operator's office or a designated meeting point due to access restrictions in the city center. In this case, the local operator will contact the passenger the day before to provide instructions and the alternative meeting point
● The duration and schedules of the tour are approximate and depend on the distance from the pickup point, the order on the route, and traffic conditions
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. The use of comfortable clothing and shoes is recommended
● It is recommended to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle to avoid altitude sickness
● The minimum age to participate in this activity is 3 years old
● The itinerary may undergo alterations due to weather conditions, traffic, city events, road closures, or large crowds
