The local provider will contact you before the start of the activity to confirm the exact pickup time and location. If you have not received this confirmation 24 hours in advance, it is the passenger's obligation and responsibility to contact the local provider at the phone number indicated on the voucher.
● Please be at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays in the pickup route. If you are not punctual, you may lose the service without the right to a refund.
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended.
● The duration and times of the tour are approximate and depend on the distance from the pickup point, the order in the route, and traffic circumstances.
● The itinerary may be subject to alterations due to weather conditions, traffic, city events, road closures, or high public turnout.
● To cross the border, it is mandatory to present an original ID or valid passport, applicable to adults and children of any age.
● Children under 18 must be accompanied by their biological or adoptive parents. If one of the parties is absent, it will be necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by both parents to enter neighboring countries.
● It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. Citizens who require a visa to enter Brazil can apply for electronic visas through the corresponding official portal.
● Entrance fees to the National Parks in Argentina and Brazil are not included; you can purchase them at the Visitor Center ticket offices on the day of the tour or in advance online on their respective official websites.
● When entering Argentina from Brazil, an eco-touristic tax must be paid in Puerto Iguazu. Please keep your receipt to avoid duplicate charges.
● It is recommended to bring cash in local currency to pay for additional fees and taxes.
● Until early October, the Devil's Throat circuit on the Argentine side will remain closed for maintenance; as a temporary alternative, the tour will include a visit to the Three Borders Landmark.
● The service ends with the return to the same initial pickup point.
