This historic circuit offers you the opportunity to deeply explore Classical and Byzantine Greece, combining monuments of Antiquity with impressive medieval cities and unique landscapes. The tour always begins departing from Athens, with key stops at the impressive Corinth Canal, the archaeological site of Ancient Corinth (where Saint Paul preached) and the mystical fortified city of Mystras. All our circuits have guaranteed departures every Tuesday from June to September and include accommodation in first-class hotels with breakfast and dinner.
● 2-Day Circuit (Corinth, Mystras, Olympia)
This option focuses on the route to the cradle of the Olympic Games. The first day ends in Sparta after visiting Corinth and Mystras. The second day is dedicated to a guided visit to the archaeological site and museum of Ancient Olympia, cradle of the Olympic Games, before returning to Athens (optional lunch).
● 4-Day Circuit (Corinth, Mystras, Olympia, Delphi)
This option adds a complete immersion in the culture of the Oracle. On Day 2, after visiting Olympia, overnight stay is done there. Day 3 is dedicated to rest or a walk in Olympia in the morning, followed by a transfer to Delphi in the afternoon. Day 4 includes a visit to the famous sanctuary of Delphi and its museum (where the Charioteer of Delphi is admired), before returning to Athens (optional lunch).
● 5-Day Circuit (Corinth, Mystras, Olympia, Delphi, Meteora)
This is the most complete option. Days 1, 2, and 3 are identical to the 4-day circuit. On Day 4, after visiting Delphi (sanctuary and museum), travel is made to Kalambaka (optional lunch) for an overnight stay. Day 5 includes a visit to two of the famous monasteries of Meteora, built upon majestic rock formations, before commencing the return to Athens (stop with optional lunch).
