● Please provide all your accommodation details at the end of the booking process by selecting your hotel from the list provided. If your accommodation is not listed, please contact our reservations department at
[email protected]. The local provider will contact you before the service to confirm the pickup point and time. It is very important to note that it is the sole obligation and responsibility of the passenger, if no communication has been received from the local provider, to contact the local number on the voucher one day before the service to confirm the exact pickup point and time
● IMPORTANT: The voucher received does not grant you access to De Palm. You must exchange the received voucher for the access ticket before taking the transport at the hotel desks indicated at the end of the booking process (these mostly coincide with the pickup points). To avoid waiting, you can do this from the day before. MAKE SURE you have exchanged it before taking the bus; you will not be able to do it afterwards
● Lunch hours: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. / Grill: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. / Open bar: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
● Two complimentary reef snorkeling excursions are offered daily
● Guests under 1.22m (4ft) in height are not permitted to use the children's Aqua Play or the Body Drop slides
● Sun loungers and palapas are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability
● Banana boat rides take place daily starting at 11:00 a.m., with a 30-minute lunch break at an unscheduled time. Children must be at least 10 years old to participate
● You should bring a swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and/or visor, camera, water shoes, and cash for purchases at our gift shop
● Remember that De Palm Island is a coral island and the beach can be a bit rocky, so we recommend bringing water shoes for comfort while walking or swimming
● De Palm Island is home to a stunning flock of Chilean and Cuban flamingos. Visitors with standard admission can admire them from a distance. To interact with them closely, you must upgrade your experience to VIP Palapa, Premium Seating, or Private Cabana. Occasionally, for animal welfare, they may not be available for viewing
