Immerse yourself in the wildest nature with our exciting excursion to the Doñana National Park in a comfortable 4x4 car, departing from Seville in the company of a specialised guide.
Our first destination will be the charming town of Puebla del Río, located at the gateway to the Doñana marshes. Here, you can explore the Dehesa de Abajo, a forest of wild olive trees that is home to the largest colony of white storks in Europe. See hundreds of birds in their natural habitat and enjoy the unique landscape of the marshes.
The Doñana marshes host more than 300 species of birds every year, making it the most important natural area in Europe. In addition, this area is the largest rice field in Spain in terms of extension.
We will continue our journey to the famous village of El Rocío, known for its annual pilgrimage and its typical Andalusian atmosphere. Discover the Sanctuary of Our Lady of El Rocio, where millions of people congregate to participate in this famous festivity.
Next, we'll head to the Acebrón Palace next to the Arroyo de la Rocina, where we'll explore the gallery forest on a hiking route. Admire the endemic fauna and flora of this unique ecosystem and enjoy lunch with delicious local gastronomy.
Continue to the impressive beach of Doñana, the longest unspoilt beach in Spain. Walk along its moving dunes and discover the rich flora and fauna of this environment. If you visit in summer, don't hesitate to refresh yourself in its crystal clear waters.
At sunset, we will start our return to Seville, crossing the wooded area of the Doñana National Park, where you will be able to spot majestic mammals such as deer, foxes and wild boars, and if we are lucky, you may even spot the iconic Iberian lynx!
