● The local provider will contact you before the service to confirm the exact pick-up time and meeting point; if you have not received this communication 24 hours before the start of the tour, it is the passenger's ultimate responsibility to contact the local provider's phone number indicated on your voucher to confirm these details
● Arrive at the lobby or reception 20 minutes before the assigned time. The courtesy waiting time is 5 minutes; after this period, you must travel to the destination on your own by contacting the local operator
● All times are approximate. The operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary based on hotel location, immigration procedures, weather, or other external factors
● Please note that departures from Foz do Iguaçu require a minimum of two people to operate; if this minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the excursion

● The tour of the site presents high difficulty due to the presence of stairs. For safety reasons, the participation of pregnant women or people with back problems or heart conditions is not recommended
