● The local provider will contact you before the service to confirm the exact pick-up time and meeting point; if you have not received this communication 24 hours before the start of the tour, it is the passenger's ultimate responsibility to contact the local provider's phone number indicated on your voucher to confirm these details
● Arrive at the lobby or reception 20 minutes before the assigned time. The courtesy waiting time is 5 minutes; after this period, you must travel to the destination on your own by contacting the local operator
● All times are approximate and may vary depending on hotel location, immigration procedures, route conditions, or other external factors
● This excursion operates from Sunday to Friday (there are no departures on Saturdays)
● Please note that departures from Foz do Iguaçu require a minimum of two people to operate; if this minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the excursion
● It is mandatory to carry your valid physical passport or identity document on the day of the excursion. To cross the border into Paraguay, foreign passengers must have a valid passport and, for certain nationalities, a visa. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to have the required documentation
● This service is conducted only with a driver for the transfers; an accompanying guide is not included during the tour
