● Provide full accommodation details when booking to arrange pickup
● Please call the local contact found on your voucher one day before to reconfirm the hotel pickup time
● Guests must be in the hotel lobby for the Alhambra tour or at the corresponding meeting points 15 minutes prior to the departure time
● Science Park: You may attend at your desired time from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
● The customer must present this reservation voucher, which they will receive after the online booking, to the tourist guide before starting the visit in order to receive their entry ticket to the monument (printed or on their smartphone)
● Due to the new regulations established by the Alhambra Board of Trustees, it is absolutely mandatory that all reservations contain the following information for EACH TRAVELER: -Full name -Passport or identity card number. If you have not provided us with this data at the time of booking, please contact us immediately, as this data is necessary for the purchase of tickets
● As tickets are nominative, tickets ARE NON-REFUNDABLE from the moment of purchase. The amount to be retained in case of cancellation will be informed to you and will correspond to the ticket price (dynamic price) and the tour's own cancellation conditions. Due to these conditions and not being able to set a fixed price, the tour will appear as non-refundable, but the conditions set out in the cancellation policy will apply
● It is mandatory to bring your original DNI or passport for entry to the Alhambra
● The start time or check-in time at the designated meeting point may be modified up to 12 hours before the visit. The agency providing the service may contact you via email or phone provided, to inform you of any schedule change. This notification prevails over the time initially assigned on your voucher
● To fully enjoy the tour, it is important that each person brings their own headphones
● A minimum of 2 passengers is required for the tour to operate
● Occasionally, for operational reasons, the group may be in two languages but never exceed 30 people
● The guided tour may be complemented with a device for better hearing of the guide; however, for reasons of sustainability and cleanliness we do not provide headphones. Customers are recommended to bring their own wired headphones; if they cannot bring their own, we can provide them for the price of 1€

Cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 60 days 100% refund of the tour except for the ticket price, which is non-refundable in any case.
Cancellations from 59 days up to 4 days hours before the activity, a 50% charge will be made except for the ticket price, which is non-refundable in any case.
Cancellations from 3 days up to the realization of the activity: No refund, 100% charge.
Meeting point
Alhambra: if you are staying in a Hotel in Granada (within a 5 km radius), we will pick you up at your hotel between 09.15am and 10.00am.
Alternatively, if you are on your own, the meeting point will always be at the Welcome Visitor Centre (Paseo de la Sabika Nº28, next to Hotel Guadalupe, 100 metres from the Alhambra entrance) at 9.45am.
