● Please provide full details of your accommodation at the time of booking; transfers are available in Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cabeza de Toro, Macao, Uvero Alto, Bayahibe, Miches, and Casa de Campo
● It is the passenger's obligation and responsibility to contact the local phone number at least one day prior to the service to confirm the exact pickup time. Please arrive 15 minutes early at the agreed location (total tour duration varies depending on the accommodation area, with return scheduled for 5:00 PM)
● Ziplining is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with severe medical conditions, and the trails are not suitable for strollers or guests with reduced mobility
● Please comply with the Buggy restrictions, which require a minimum age of 10 years, a minimum weight of 80 lbs, and a minimum height of 4 ft
● Please note that for the Zip Lines there is no age limit, but a minimum weight of 60 lbs and a minimum height of 4 ft are required
● Please observe the requirements for the Super Ride, which specify a minimum weight of 100 lbs and a minimum height of 4 ft
● Additional options: You may add the Sunshine Cruise, Single Buggy, or Double Buggy experiences during the booking process for an additional fee
●The park operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and access to attractions closes at 4:30 PM
● Park regulations: The park visit is self-guided without a tour guide. Outside food, drinks, drones, and professional video equipment are strictly prohibited, as well as admission for individuals under the influence of alcohol or toxic substances
● The excursion operates rain or shine; however, the Beach Getaway attraction is subject to weather conditions and sargassum presence. If the park cancels attractions for weather safety reasons, a date or activity reschedule will be offered, but no refunds will apply
● It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, bring a swimsuit, and carry cash or credit cards for food, drinks, souvenirs, and photo purchases
● Prices and supplements: All optional supplement prices are per person
● Vehicle policies (buggy): For the double buggy option, you must select a minimum of 2 people and in even numbers. If the group size is an odd number, you can add an additional single buggy (remembering that only adults are allowed to drive)
● The minimum driving age is 18 years old, and presenting a valid driver's license is mandatory
● Please note that pickup service for hotels located in the Bayahibe, Casa de Campo, and Bahía La Romana areas operates exclusively on Tuesdays and Saturdays
● Please note that departures from the Miches area take place only on Tuesdays

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations notified between 24 and 48 hours in advance will receive a refund of 50% of the total purchase price. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
