● You must provide full details of your accommodation at the time of booking. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to contact the local supplier one day prior to the service to reconfirm the exact pick-up point and time
● Please arrive at the pick-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time
● Mandatory requirements: signing a liability waiver, attending the safety briefing, and wearing closed-toe shoes
● Minimum age to participate is 6 years old (for safety reasons, children aged 6 to 12 may only complete the zipline circuit up to cable No. 8)
● Weight and size restrictions: minimum weight of 20 kg (44 lbs), maximum weight of 127 kg (280 lbs), and maximum waistline of 112 cm (44 in)
● Observer option: available exclusively for guests who do not wish to participate in the zipline circuit but want to join the tour to accompany their group

Cancellation policy
No-charge cancellation between 4 and 7 days before the tour.
For cancellations between 48 and 72 hours before the tour, 50% of the service fee will be refunded.
If you cancel with less notice or fail to show up, no refund will be issued.
If you do not show up at the pickup time and the bus leaves your hotel, you will be granted a free date change. No refund will be issued. If you do not show up for pickup on the new date, you will lose your reservation.
