● Double rooms with a double bed cannot be guaranteed. They are subject to availability at all hotels and, if not available, a room with two single beds will be confirmed
● Many hotels do not have triple rooms, so only double or single rooms will be offered
● All scheduled hotels will be of the same or similar category as published. During periods of high occupancy or special events, hotels located in outlying areas or nearby towns may be used
● Due to the Labour Party Annual Conference held in Liverpool, the tour hotel in Liverpool may change to another in Manchester or the surrounding area in case of high hotel demand. This conference is usually held in September
● Itineraries may change their schedules and the order of the visits or places visited to adapt them to the time of year or, if necessary, due to exceptional circumstances such as breakdowns, weather changes, etc
● Luggage space on the coaches is limited; the maximum luggage allowance is one suitcase of 30 kg per person
● It is the passenger's responsibility to carry valid travel documents and to keep them safe. Personal belongings and/or documents forgotten or lost during our tours are the passenger's responsibility
● City Tax: In 2027, a local tourist tax (Visitor Levy) will apply in cities such as Edinburgh, Glasgow and Liverpool, intended to improve tourist infrastructure and services. In these three cities, the cost will be covered exclusively by the supplier. If other overnight locations on the itinerary introduce a similar tax, these charges will not be covered and must be paid directly by the traveller
● Children aged 0 to 12 months travel free and will not occupy a seat (any charges from the hotels must be paid directly by the clients at each hotel)
● Children aged 13 months to 12 years receive a 10% discount when sharing a room with 2 adults. Please check availability on request at
