● The Louvre guided visit takes place in groups of up to 20 people
● Guests under 18 (and under 26 if resident in the European Economic Area) should select the children's rate for free admission to the Louvre Museum; proof of identity is required

● Large bags, strollers, and umbrellas must be left in the museum cloakroom
● Elevators are not available during the visit
● Some works may be temporarily inaccessible due to renovations or loans between museums
● This activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users
● Reserved access is subject to Louvre Museum security procedures (Vigipirate plan, security checks, or unexpected crowds), which may delay entry
● Passengers must exit the Louvre Museum together with the guide at the end of the guided visit
● The Louvre Museum closes at 6 pm (except Fridays)
● The Tootbus Hop On Hop Off runs daily from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm (until 6:30 pm from late March to early November), with departures every 10 minutes
● The activity may be affected by external causes beyond the provider's control
