● This activity/excursion has a maximum of 30 people per guide
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, use sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and bring a water bottle
● We will make convenient stops to rest and take photographs at different points of interest, weather permitting and always accompanied by our guide
● Please note that the itinerary is subject to change due to events held in the city (demonstrations, sporting events, cultural events, official acts, and public works)
● This tour operates with a minimum of 8 passengers; if this minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative time or date, or a full refund
● Access staff may request documentation proving the age of children (ID, Passport, among others). If it is not presented, payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required
● Julià Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour itinerary due to events held in the city or reasons of force majeure; in such cases, you will be offered an alternative time or date, or a full refund
● It is mandatory to pick up tickets at our Madrid office; check your documentation for detailed information. If clients go directly to the Bernabéu without first collecting tickets at the office, they will not be able to attend the tour
● You can visit the Museum, the benches and the locker rooms, take a photo with the Champions League trophy and a photomontage with players: take home a unique and original souvenir (optional purchase not included in the ticket), the panoramic view of the stadium, and the Official Store where you can get a souvenir of your experience
● Due to the various events taking place at the stadium, the Tour Bernabéu may vary its route and schedules, informing the visitor on the website, at the ticket offices or at the access gate. On match days, the Tour Bernabéu can be done up to 5:30 hours before kick-off
● Attendance at the Museum will be limited by capacity control. The alteration of routes, the organization of entrances and exits, or the exclusion of rooms may be established for safety reasons
● On match days and the day before a match, the locker rooms and benches will remain closed
● The ticket will be valid solely and exclusively for the selected date and time and will be reflected on the venue access ticket
● Please note that the Tour Bernabéu route involves numerous flights of stairs
● The pitch will remain underground, in its maintenance area, and will only be installed on the surface for the match. During the visit, there may be different elements on the pitch due to the activities usually carried out on it
● Taking photographs is allowed throughout the tour, including the museum
● IMPORTANT. The Bernabéu Tour is not a guided tour. Once inside the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the visit is unguided; it is self-guided, following the itinerary established by the stadium itself
● Keep your ticket until the end of your visit; you may be asked for it at the exit to control capacity
