● All routes start at Plaza de Neptuno (or Plaza Cánovas del Castillo), but you can hop on and hop off at any bus stop on any of the routes within the contracted time period
● Route 1, Historic Madrid, lasts 85 minutes; it runs from 9:30 AM to 7:42 PM with a frequency of 30-40 minutes. Route 2, Modern Madrid, lasts 60 minutes; it runs from 9:30 AM to 7:36 PM with a frequency of 35 minutes. Route 3, Contemporary Madrid, lasts 75 minutes; it runs from 9:30 AM to 6:52 PM with a frequency of 35 minutes. These times may vary depending on traffic and crowds
● Audio guide in: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic. A children's channel is available in English and Spanish
● Baby strollers are allowed but must be placed on the ground floor in the designated space. For safety reasons, they cannot be taken to the upper floor or left in the aisles
● Our buses do not have a luggage compartment, so if you bring luggage, it must be small suitcases that you can carry with you and that do not take up an extra seat, the aisles, or emergency exits. Unfortunately, you will not be able to travel with large suitcases or bulky items
● Madrid City Tour is accessible for wheelchair users. You can access the bus via the ramp at the rear door. Please note that the reserved space can only accommodate one wheelchair. If a user is already occupying it, you will have to wait for the next bus
● Please remember that access on board is only allowed with small animals in a carrier
● Our buses have up to 61 seats, but during peak hours it is not always possible to guarantee a seat. If the bus is full, it will be necessary to wait for the next one
● Our buses have an open top but feature a sliding roof in case of rain
● There is no toilet on the buses
● The guided tour of Madrid offered as an extra is monolingual in English or Spanish. You can check the information or reserve your spot using the QR codes found on board the bus. The tour offered is in a free tour format, based on tips given at the client's discretion (not included in the price of this ticket)
