● Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled flight time for check-in and the mandatory safety briefing. Late arrivals will incur a late fee of $50 USD per person; if the flight has already departed, rescheduling will be subject to availability and a $50 USD per person change fee will apply
● It is very important to remember that it is the passenger's responsibility to contact the local operator at least 72 hours in advance to confirm the exact tour departure time
● Upon check-in at the heliport, each passenger must pay a mandatory heliport fee of approximately $40.00 USD and a fuel surcharge of approximately $5.00 USD (fees applicable to all tours in New York)
● A minimum of 4 passengers is required for each departure to operate. Tours can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 passengers, provided that the aircraft's weight and balance limitations allow it
● A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for U.S. citizens, or a physical valid passport for international passengers
● Children ages 2 and older require their own seat, children under 2 may fly complimentary on a parent’s or guardian’s lap, and guests over 275 lbs (125 kg) must purchase an additional seat
● Heliport operating hours and exact flight durations are subject to change without prior notice
● If the operator cancels a flight due to weather, airspace restrictions, safety, maintenance, aircraft availability, or other operational reasons, you can reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund of the experience price
