Conquer Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) with an expert team. Includes transfers from Cusco, breakfast, lunch, and a specialized guide to reach 5,000 meters. Peru’s most iconic natural challenge in an exclusive, safe, and breathtaking experience.
Conquer the crown jewel of the Peruvian Andes on an epic adventure that will challenge your senses and reward your soul. This expedition to Vinicunca, the world-famous Rainbow Mountain, begins under the starlight with a strategic 4:00 AM departure from Cusco. We travel in total comfort through the scenic Southern Valley to Cusipata, where a hearty breakfast serves as the perfect fuel for the challenge ahead. Accompanied by expert high-altitude guides, you won’t just hike; you’ll learn to master the elevation while marveling at the snow-capped peaks of the majestic Ausangate range guarding the horizon.
The true magic unfolds at 4,800 meters, where we begin a 4-kilometer trek through landscapes that feel like a dream. Step by step, vibrant layers of mineral-rich colors will reveal themselves until you reach the summit at 5,000 meters above sea level. The visual reward is beyond words: a natural palette unique in the world that makes every bit of effort worth it. After capturing once-in-a-lifetime photos, we’ll descend for a well-earned local lunch in Cusipata before returning to Cusco. More than a tour, this is a spiritual connection with the planet’s most vibrant geography, designed for adventurous souls who seek the extraordinary.
