● Please provide full details of your accommodation when finalizing your reservation. It is very important to note that it is the passenger's sole obligation and responsibility, if no communication has been received from the local provider, to contact the local contact number provided on the voucher one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time
● Please be at the pick-up point 20 minutes before the tour begins
● For the Machu Picchu excursion, it is mandatory to provide all passenger passport details: full name, passport number, date of birth, and nationality. Otherwise, the tour will not be confirmed. This information is required to issue the entrance fee
● Confirmation of your booking is immediate, but ticket issuance for Machu Picchu is subject to official availability from the Peruvian Government (if changes to the day or circuit are required, we will consult you in advance); therefore, if you need to book flights or additional services linked to these dates, please contact our Operations Department immediately to confirm final ticket issuance, keeping in mind that once issued, tickets are non-refundable
● The entrance ticket to Machu Picchu is non-refundable; no modifications or rescheduling are accepted
● Train departure times depend on the service and the departure station. Our staff will confirm all tour details later
● Travelers must arrive in Cusco at least one day before; arriving 2 days prior is suggested to manage any flight cancellations or delays
● This is a shared tour; our team will contact you in Cusco to board your train, and the guide will meet you in Machu Picchu town
● There could be a waiting time of up to 40 minutes in Machu Picchu town, depending on the entry time of your shift
● One day before, we will contact you to provide the pick-up time and other excursion details
● Some hotels and accommodations are located in areas where vehicle access is not permitted. Please send hotel details to organize your pick-up and drop-off at a nearby location if necessary
● Please note that Easter, July, August, September, and New Year are high seasons
● Boarding takes place from Ollantaytambo or Poroy train stations, subject to availability
● The minimum age to participate in the tour is 4 years old
● Please bring sunglasses, comfortable clothes and shoes, a hat and SPF 50 sunscreen, a water bottle, insect repellent, a portable charger for your mobile phone, and a raincoat (especially during the rainy season from December to March)
● Reservations are accepted for a maximum of 15 people
