With vineyards grown on terraces between 300 and 1200 feet above sea level, this is one of the most unique wines you'll taste, with expressions of terroir in red, rosé and white. To end your day, continue on to the charming villages of Espelette, famous for its peppers, and Sare, to enjoy another regional delicacy: Basque tart.
