● Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes before the tour starts
● According to Alhambra regulations, all visitors, regardless of age, must carry an original passport or ID, as it is required at the entrance (photos and copies are not accepted)
● All passengers, including children, must have their own ticket to enter the monument
● The Palace of Charles V may be closed for cultural or organizational events of the Board of Trustees; if this occurs, the option to visit it during the day with our guides will be offered at no additional cost
● The tour requires a minimum of 6 participants. If this number is not reached, an audio guide and a partial refund of the difference will be provided
