The local provider will contact the passenger before the service to confirm the exact pick-up time and point; if you have not received this communication 24 hours before the tour, it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to contact the phone number shown on the voucher to confirm the exact pick-up time and point

● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour departure time
● Out of respect for all guests on board, when re-boarding after visiting the towns, there will be a 10-minute waiting time during which every effort will be made to contact late passengers; after that, the vehicle will continue its route
● If your accommodation is located in a restricted traffic area, you will be picked up at the nearest accessible meeting point. We will contact you before the excursion to inform you of the exact pick-up time
● It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time at the meeting point. We decline any responsibility in case of delays and the resulting failure to join the tour. No refund will be provided in case of delay or no-show
● All pick-up times may be delayed due to traffic conditions
● The indicated times and the order of visits are subject to possible changes
● Always carry your personal documents in case of checks by the competent authorities
● This excursion does not include a stop at the Blue Grotto due to long waiting times. All guests interested may visit the Blue Grotto on their own during free time on the island if the selected option includes the stop

● This experience is subject to favorable weather and sea conditions. In case of cancellation due to adverse conditions, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered
