● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour departure time
● It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time at the meeting point. We decline all responsibility in the event of delays and the resulting inability to attend the tour. No refund is provided in case of delay or no-show
● Out of respect for all guests on board, when reboarding after visiting the towns there will be a 10-minute waiting time, during which every effort will be made to contact late guests; after that, the vehicle will continue its route
● All pick-up times may be delayed due to traffic conditions

● The visit to the Blue Grotto is guaranteed, except in case of closure due to high tide or if the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes

● If you select the Private Tour option, the service will be provided exclusively, following the same itinerary planned for the group tour. As this is a private experience, passengers may coordinate schedules and stops with the skipper, within the established program

● The tour is stroller accessible. Infants must sit on an adult’s lap. No baby seats are available
