● The tour duration does not include travel time, as this depends on the pick-up point. Pick-up service is available from 4:30 AM to 6:10 AM
● Please be at the pickup point 15 minutes before the tour starts
● Participation is not recommended for people with back, mobility, or heart problems, nor for pregnant women. Pregnant women and people under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances will not be allowed to participate
● Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended
● It is recommended to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, a swimsuit and towel, a change of clothes, insect repellent, and a water bottle
● Bring cash to pay archaeological taxes (approximately $20 USD per person)
● Pick up in Riviera Maya includes hotels in Bahia Petempich, Crococun, Puerto Morelos, Riviera Maya North, Central and South, up to Super Aki Tulum
● There are hotels and/or remote areas where the client will not be picked up in the lobby. In these exceptions, a nearby meeting point will be assigned
● Before selecting your tour date, please verify the available pickup days and zones according to the day of the week:

• Cancun and Puerto Morelos Zones (Tuesday and Friday): Available for departures from Playa Mujeres, Downtown Cancun, Hotel Zone, Moon Palace, Royalton, Bahia Petempich, Crococun, and Puerto Morelos.

• Playa del Carmen and Northern Riviera Maya Zones (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday): Available for departures from Northern Riviera Maya, Downtown Playa del Carmen, and from Playacar towards Flamenco Xcaret.

• Southern Zone and Tulum (Wednesday and Saturday): Available for departures from Hard Rock, Puerto Aventuras, and the Southern Riviera Maya towards Super Aki Tulum.
