Brazilian Falls Day Trip with Pickup

● Please provide your accommodation details when booking and include a contact whatsapp number for the lead traveler
● The local provider will contact you before the service to confirm the exact pickup time; if you have not received this communication 24 hours before the start of the tour, it is the passenger's ultimate responsibility to contact the local provider's phone number indicated on your voucher to confirm these details
● Arrive at the lobby or reception 20 minutes before the assigned time. The courtesy waiting time is 5 minutes; after this period, you must travel to the park on your own by contacting the local operator
● Please note that departures from Foz do Iguaçu require a minimum of two people to operate; if this minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the excursion
● It is mandatory to carry your valid physical passport or identity document. To cross the border, check the requirements at https://www.argentina.gob.ar/interior/migraciones and note that certain nationalities require a visa
● The park entrance ticket is not included and must be purchased online before the tour at https://tickets.cataratasdoiguacu.com.br/ by selecting the corresponding category, date (second day of arrival), and time. We recommend downloading the ticket or bringing it printed
● The park is wheelchair accessible. Contact our reservations team in advance if you need assistance or require renting a wheelchair
● We recommend wearing light clothing, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and insect repellent
