Brazilian Falls and Bird Park Day Trip with Pickup

● The local provider will contact you before the service to confirm the exact pick-up time and meeting point; if you have not received this communication 24 hours before the start of the tour, it is the passenger's ultimate responsibility to contact the local provider's phone number indicated on your voucher to confirm these details
● Arrive at the lobby or reception 20 minutes before the assigned time. The courtesy waiting time is 5 minutes; after this period, you must travel to the destination on your own by contacting the local operator
● All times are approximate and may vary depending on hotel location, immigration procedures, route conditions, or other external factors
● Please note that departures from Foz do Iguaçu require a minimum of two people to operate; if this minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the excursion
● It is mandatory to carry your valid physical passport or identity document on the day of the excursion. To cross the border, foreign passengers must have a valid passport and, for certain nationalities, a visa. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to have the required documentation
● The entrance ticket to the Brazilian falls is not included and must be purchased online before the tour at https://tickets.cataratasdoiguacu.com.br/ by selecting the corresponding category (mercosul or general), the date (second day of arrival), and the 10:00 am time slot. We recommend bringing the printed ticket
● At the end of the tour of the falls, the guide will accompany you to the entrance of the Bird Park and will coordinate with you the meeting point and time for the return. The visit to the Bird Park is done on your own, without an accompanying guide, and the access tickets are not included
● This activity is not suitable or accessible for wheelchair users
● We recommend wearing light clothing, very comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and insect repellent
