● The maximum combined weight allowed per tandem kayak is 195 kg (425 lbs)
● The activity requires a basic level of physical fitness and comfort in the water
● This activity is not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Pets are not allowed
● Infants cannot sit on an adult's lap, and infant seats are not available
● This activity is not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnant women, or people with serious heart conditions
● Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take part in the activity
● The activity begins directly from the beach. No boats are used during the excursion, only kayaks
● Sea conditions between Santa Maria Bay and Chileno Bay may vary daily. If conditions do not allow a safe crossing between the two bays, the activity may take place within a single protected bay, while still including kayaking, snorkeling, and beach time
● Itinerary changes due to sea conditions do not entitle participants to partial refunds
● This activity is subject to favorable weather and sea conditions. In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, unsafe sea conditions, or operational restrictions that prevent the excursion from being carried out safely, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered
● Wetsuits are available upon request during the winter months, in sizes S, M, L, and XL ● Lockers are not available for storing personal belongings. However, belongings can usually be left inside the transportation vehicle during the activity
● The local operator will send the final meeting point or pick-up instructions within 24 hours after booking
● Guests must confirm their reservation details with the local operator at least 24 hours before the activity begins, via WhatsApp or phone call using the number provided in the local contact section of the voucher
● If you have not received confirmation of your exact pick-up time or meeting point instructions at least 24 hours before the excursion, you must contact the local operator directly
● A printed voucher is not required. The guide will only ask for the reservation name
● Guests must arrive on time at the agreed meeting point or pick-up location. The maximum waiting time for the guide or transportation is 5 minutes after the scheduled time ● Guests who fail to show up or arrive late will lose the service without entitlement to a refund
● All times and deadlines are based on the local time of the destination
● Complimentary round-trip transportation is available from hotels selected by the operator in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor
● If your hotel is not included in the list of available accommodations, you must contact the local operator in advance to check whether pick-up can be arranged in your area
● Guests arriving on their own may meet at Plaza Gali OXXO or directly at Santa Maria Beach, where the activity begins
● Hotels located outside the main tourist area, including Hard Rock, Nobu, Rancho San Lucas, Diamante, and Four Seasons, are not included in the complimentary transportation service. Guests staying at these properties must meet at Plaza Gali OXXO in Cabo San Lucas
● Cruise passengers must also meet at Plaza Gali OXXO, located approximately 3–5 minutes on foot from the marina exit. Detailed directions to the meeting point will be provided with the booking confirmation
● In Cabo San Lucas, cruise passengers disembark using tender boats, which may cause delays depending on port operations. Guests are advised to take the earliest available tender or arrange priority tender service whenever possible
● Guests who miss the scheduled transportation must make their own way to Santa Maria Beach at their own expense, arriving before the activity start time
● Duration: approximately two hours of activity, with additional transportation time depending on the pickup location
