● At the end of the booking process, you can select your pick-up point from the available options. If your accommodation is not listed, you must contact the local operator to check pick-up availability in your area or go to the meeting point at Plaza Gali OXXO, in Cabo San Lucas
● The local operator will send the exact meeting point or pick-up instructions within 24 hours after booking. You must confirm your reservation at least 24 hours before the activity via WhatsApp or phone call using the number provided in the local contact section of the voucher. If you have not received your final instructions at least 24 hours before the tour, you must contact the local operator directly
● Please arrive on time at the confirmed meeting point or pick-up location. The maximum waiting time for the guide or transportation is 5 minutes after the scheduled time. Guests who fail to show up or arrive late will lose the service without entitlement to a refund
● A printed voucher is not required, the guide will only ask for the reservation name
● The minimum age to participate in this activity is 6 years old
● The maximum combined weight allowed per tandem kayak is 195 kg (425 lbs)
● The activity is not wheelchair or stroller accessible
● Pets are not allowed
● The activity requires a basic level of physical fitness and comfort in the water
● This activity is not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnant women, or people with serious heart conditions
● Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take part in the activity
● The activity begins directly from Playa Empacadora. No boats are used during the excursion, only kayaks
● Wetsuits are available upon request during the winter months, in sizes S, M, L, and XL
● Morning departures are recommended, as they generally offer better visibility, calmer waters, and lighter boat traffic
● Wind and sea conditions may occasionally prevent access to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas area. In this case, the activity will continue around Land's End, including scenic kayaking, coastline exploration, and additional snorkeling time. Itinerary changes due to sea conditions do not entitle participants to partial refunds
● This activity is subject to favorable weather and sea conditions. In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, unsafe sea conditions, or operational restrictions that prevent the excursion from being carried out safely, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered
● Lockers are not available for storing personal belongings, although belongings can usually be left inside the transportation vehicle during the activity
● Complimentary round-trip transportation is available from hotels selected by the operator in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor
● Guests arriving in their own vehicle may meet at Plaza Gali OXXO or directly at Playa Empacadora, where the activity begins
● Hotels located outside the main tourist area, including Hard Rock, Nobu, Rancho San Lucas, Diamante, and Four Seasons, are not included in the complimentary transportation service. Guests staying at these properties must meet at Plaza Gali OXXO in Cabo San Lucas
● Cruise passengers must meet at Plaza Gali OXXO, located approximately 3–5 minutes on foot from the marina exit. Detailed directions to the meeting point will be provided with the booking confirmation
● In Cabo San Lucas, cruise passengers disembark using tender boats, which may cause delays depending on port operations. Guests are advised to take the earliest available tender or arrange priority tender service whenever possible
● Guests who miss the scheduled transportation must make their own way to Playa Empacadora at their own expense, arriving before the activity start time
● Medical refund requests must be supported by an official doctor's certificate issued on the same day as the activity, and the local operator must be notified before the scheduled start time
● Duration: approximately two hours of activity, with additional transportation time depending on the pickup location
