● The tour in Spanish will be conducted by either a Spanish-speaking guide (subject to availability) or an English-speaking guide together with a Spanish-speaking host serving as a translator
● The provider reserves the right to change the order of the visits without prior notice
● No dress code is required unless entering churches; comfortable seasonal clothing is recommended. To enter churches, shoulders and up to the knees must be covered. Kindly wear comfortable footwear and avoid flipflops

● This is a walking tour. Slow walking is expected to discover the city with the guide
● Even if the services have been confirmed, if the minimum number of 10 participants indicated on each voucher is not reached before departure, the provider reserves the right to cancel the excursion. This cancellation could occur at any time, even on the day of the excursion. In the event of cancellation due to not reaching the minimum number of participants, a full refund will be issued for the service
