Embark on a delightful journey as we begin our tour in the picturesque fishing village of Marsaxlokk, Malta's largest fishing harbor since antiquity. Marvel at the traditional "luzzu" boats and larger vessels lining the sheltered harbor, creating a vibrant display. Explore the charming open-air market, offering a variety of goods including locally caught fish, honey, fruit jams, traditional sweets, wines, liquors, souvenirs, and more. Enjoy a leisurely Sunday morning stroll, immersing yourself in the local atmosphere while taking in the lovely sea views.
Our next destination is Wied Iż-Żurrieq (Żurrieq Valley), where the magnificent Blue Grotto awaits. This complex of seven caves along the southern coast features a stunning main arch, reaching approximately 30 meters in height. Admire the Honeymoon Cave, Cat's Cave, and the Reflection Cave, each contributing to the site's enchanting allure. Featured in films like Cutthroat Island, The Count of Monte Cristo, and Troy, the Blue Grotto attracts visitors with its natural beauty. Weather permitting, take a local boat trip for a close-up view of the grotto and caves (not included in the tour price).
Concluding our journey in Qrendi, a traditional and unspoiled Maltese village, our guide will lead you through its peaceful streets. Despite its small size, Qrendi boasts interesting attractions, from the main square to the parish church and band club. Explore the maze of narrow streets, each with its own unique story.

● Although we usually visit Qrendi for our village walk, the provider reserves the right to change the location to another typical Maltese village. When this happens, we always make sure that the tour retains the same appeal, charm, and value as the original programme
● When the local government or council organises institutional events or when public holidays fall on a Sunday, the open market at Marsaxlokk may be closed. When this happens, we will either visit another market or spend more time visiting the fishing village
● The provider reserves the right to change the order of the visits without prior notice
● The boat trip at the Blue Grotto is not included in the price of your package; the boat trip is optional (to be paid on location) and can only be done subject to favourable weather conditions
● No particular dress code is required; we suggest wearing comfortable clothes according to the forecasted weather
● The tour is not wheelchair-accessible. The tour is not recommended for travellers with mobility impairments
● Foldable strollers are allowed during the tour
