Cancellation policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued in the event of a no-show or if you arrive after the activity has started.
If the supplier cancels the activity due to adverse weather conditions, operational reasons or because the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

The vessel is located in the Port of Split, next to Diocletian's Palace and the Riva waterfront promenade. Due to port operations, the exact mooring position may vary by up to approximately 100 metres from its usual location.
