● The local provider will contact you to confirm the exact pick-up time. It is the passenger's obligation and responsibility to contact the provider one day before (at the number indicated on the voucher) if this notification has not been received
● Please arrive at the lobby or reception 20 minutes before the assigned time. The courtesy waiting time is 5 minutes; after this period, reception will be notified, and if you miss the service, you must travel to the park on your own by contacting the local operator
● All times are approximate and subject to hotel location, route conditions, or delays in immigration procedures
● Please note that departures from Foz do Iguaçu require a minimum of two people to operate; if this minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the excursion
● It is mandatory to bring the latest physical copy of your passport or ID on the day of the excursion. ● The park entrance ticket is not included and must be purchased online in advance at https://ventaweb.apn.gob.ar/reserva/parques selecting: Parque Nacional Iguazú + Portal de acceso único + Excursion date + Categoría General. Download the ticket to your device, as there is no internet signal at the site
● Children from 0 to 5 years old and Argentine retirees or pensioners are exempt from payment, but it is mandatory that they process their zero-cost web voucher through the same official website
● You can add the Great Adventure excursion as a supplement during your booking. This activity includes 150 meters of stairs and rapids navigation; it is not suitable for children under 12, pregnant women, or people with spinal, heart, neurological, or chronic lung problems. Children aged 12 to 16 and Argentine retirees or pensioners have a discount upon presenting their ID or card. We recommend bringing an extra change of clothes
● The park is wheelchair accessible. If you need assistance or wish to rent a wheelchair, please contact our reservations team in advance
● We recommend wearing light clothing, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and insect repellent
