● Please be at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays on the pickup route. If you are not on time, you may miss the service with no right to a refund
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended, preferably waterproof trekking boots or non slip shoes, as well as bringing a small backpack, a bottle of cold water, a spare pair of socks and change of clothes, gloves, a hat, trekking poles, and a flashlight or mobile phone with a charged battery
● The duration and schedules of the tour are approximate and depend on the distance from the pickup point, the order of the route, and traffic conditions
● The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions, traffic, city events, road closures, or high visitor turnout
● The excursion is not canceled due to bad weather, but depending on the weather conditions during the hike, it will be at the guide's discretion whether to continue with the section to Laguna de los Tres or return via Capri Lagoon
● To confirm the booking, it is mandatory to provide the first and last name, ID or passport number, nationality, date of birth, and hotel of stay for all passengers taking the tour
● Some hotels in the city are not included in the pickup itinerary; in this case, you will be informed of the closest hotel to which you should go to wait for your guide in the lobby
● Children under 10 years old and adults over 55 years old cannot participate in this activity, without exception, nor can pregnant women or people with reduced mobility, arthritis, prostheses, knee problems, overweight, heart conditions, or recent surgeries
● Please note that the entrance fee to Los Glaciares National Park is not included and is paid upon entering the park only in cash or with a Visa card in Argentine pesos, as Mastercard is not accepted (approximately AR $45,000 to be paid at destination)
● The service ends with the return to the same initial pickup or meeting point in El Calafate
