● The hotel must be within the area where the tour takes place; otherwise, pickup will take place at a nearby metro or train station
● Brief itinerary: Tsukiji Market (2 hours) - Ginza (2 hours) - Azabudai Hills (2 hours) - Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple (2 hours). The tour ends at the last location visited
● Remember to bring cash. Be prepared for any weather conditions; bring an umbrella or raincoat if necessary
● Please respect local customs and traditions at religious sites
● Not allowed: pets, drones, littering, smoking and/or vaping in non-designated areas, or speaking loudly in inappropriate places (such as public transport, restaurants, temples, etc.)

● In the event that an occurrence beyond the control of both parties (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, flight cancellations, etc.) prevents the provision of the service, the tour will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, the client may request a full or partial refund, depending on the situation and at the sole discretion of the company
● In the event that a guide is unable to conduct the tour due to health reasons or any other unforeseen cause, the company commits to providing an alternative guide if possible. If a replacement guide cannot be provided, the tour will be rescheduled or the client may request a full refund
● If, due to force majeure or scheduling changes, a guide is not available to conduct the tour, the company will offer an alternative solution that may include rescheduling the tour or conducting it with a different guide. If satisfactory conditions cannot be guaranteed, the client will be entitled to a full or partial refund at the sole discretion of the company
● If during the tour the client displays inappropriate or disruptive behavior (which may affect the experience of the other participants or the safety of the group), the company reserves the right to cancel the tour immediately. In this case, no refund will be offered and the client will be responsible for any consequences arising from their behavior
