In this case, it is very important to note that it is the passenger’s sole obligation and responsibility to contact the local contact number one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time
● Please be at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the tour begins
● The hotel must be within the area where the tour takes place; otherwise, pick-up will be at a nearby metro or train station
● Summary itinerary: Ikebukuro (2 hours) - Nakano Broadway (2 hours) - Shimokitazawa (2 hours) - Shibuya (2 hours). The tour ends at the last point visited
● Remember to bring cash. Be prepared for any weather conditions, bring an umbrella or raincoat if necessary
● Respect local customs and traditions at religious sites
● Not allowed: pets, drones, littering, smoking and/or vaping in non-designated areas, or speaking loudly in inappropriate places (such as public transport, restaurants, temples, etc.)
● Not allowed: motorized wheelchairs, non-folding wheelchairs, non-folding baby strollers, unaccompanied minors, electric wheelchairs, scooters, fireworks, touching the exhibits or making fires
● Not recommended for people with back problems, heart conditions or pregnant women. Not wheelchair accessible
● The tour will take place regardless of the weather, except in the event of an earthquake or extreme weather event
● Some routes may be affected by festivities, but we will still offer them with an alternative route on days when monuments, temples, etc., may be closed due to Christmas or New Year festivities
● If during the tour any of the monuments or places of interest included in the itinerary is found to be closed (due to maintenance, unforeseen events, or any other circumstance), an alternative will be sought to ensure the best possible experience. If it is not possible to replace it, the company will offer a proportional refund or a professionalization of the tour
● In the event that an event beyond the control of both parties (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, flight cancellations, etc.) prevents the provision of the service, the tour will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, the customer may request a full or partial refund, depending on the situation and at the sole discretion of the company
● If a guide is unable to conduct the tour due to health reasons or any other unforeseen cause, the company undertakes to provide an alternative guide if possible. If a substitute guide cannot be provided, the tour will be rescheduled or the customer may request a full refund
● If, due to force majeure or schedule changes, a guide is not available to conduct the tour, the company will offer an alternative solution that may include rescheduling the tour or the possibility of taking it with a different guide. If satisfactory conditions cannot be guaranteed, the customer will be entitled to a full or partial refund at the sole discretion of the company
● If during the tour the customer shows inappropriate or disruptive behavior (which may affect the experience of the other participants or the safety of the group), the company reserves the right to cancel the tour immediately. In this case, no refund will be offered and the customer will be responsible for any consequences arising from their behavior
● The Portuguese option is booked upon request to the supplier, who will confirm the option according to the availability of guides in that language
